Day Without a Dawn is our Imperial American Black Ale aka Cascadian Dark Ale/Black IPA. Six specialty malts were used to create a complex symphony of roasted malt flavors, including chocolate, black coffee, and dark cherries. With over 4 lbs of hops per barrel, Day Without a Dawn is intensely earthy and piney. 8.2 % ABV

Choco-Hocken is a Chocolate Stout. We used nearly a gallon per barrel of pure liquid cacao in addition to Chocolate, Munich and two types of Crystal malts. The resulting Stout is overflowing with deep, rich flavors of chocolate malt. 5.6% ABV
